Reservation can be made with the minimum payment of $50 Or we can always send you a link to pay via email for an additional 3% online processing fee.

We now offer renters insurance for $10
Which allows you get a full refund back if an unexpected event such as but not limited to: sickness, Mother Nature, family problem, etc. Occurs.
Renters insurance will automatically be included unless you choose to decline it!
If you choose to not get the renters insurance the deposit will be lost if you choose to cancel or reschedule.
The customer is held financially responsible for all equipment from the moment it is delivered to the moment it is picked. Customers must have extension cords ready to go by the time the guys show up to install.
Rental is not 24 hrs. It is dropped the day of the event & picked up the next day unless otherwise noted. If the customer is not ready for the equipment within the first 10 minutes of arrival, they will be skipped until all other deliveries are delivered.
Damage deposit is additional to the rental, it is to help cover any damages. Deposit will only be refunded after all items are picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS! Reservations made online should expect a call back from the office 4-7 business days after all equipment has been picked up.
Kiwi Moonwalks is not responsible for any damages caused by the equipment. Customer must identify any water, gas, pipelines, etc. Kiwi Moonwalks is not to be held liable for any damages caused to pipes and or property.
24 Hour Cancellation notice is required for Refund, even though the final decision is completely up to KIWI Moonwalks.
Once Equipment has been unrolled it can no longer be moved. If customer wants to move equipment from original they will be charged a fee depending one the size of of the equipment. ($25-$100).
If the customer begins to get aggressive, trash talk, hostile, or curse at the KIWI Moonwalks staff. Kiwi Moonwalks staff will pick up and take all equipment at the expense of the customer.
